our air and water safety protocols
Updated November 2024:
A HIPPA protected secure texting program allows us to easily communicate with you.
Screening questions before we take you back for your appointment.
Surgically Clean Air purification units in each treatment room plus hallway spaces. These completely turn the air over every 4 minutes or 15 ACH (air changes per hour)
Extra-oral DentAirVac suction units in each room that further mitigate aerosols four times more than any other unit on the market, especially during mercury removal
HVAC system that includes UV-C, electrostatic filtration and a MERV-15 rated HEPA filter which is a general surgery application HEPA filter, just like you would find in a surgical suite in a hospital, this includes sealed doors on every patient room to facilitate negative pressure air flow
Ozone generator to make ozonated water for all water lines to ensure zero bacterial colonies and regularly test our water.
Fluid resistant level 3 gowns that are changed for each patient and are washable on site to minimize landfill burdens. Team members scrubs and head coverings stay in the building and are not worn outside
N-95 masks or ASTM Level 3 masks
We increased our appointment times, added 20 minutes in between each appointment to allow for air turnover and decreased our total patient volume per day by 20%
